Hi All,

Its been quite a while since I last logged in(almost 2 months) .. got many mails and messages about the skin snapshot which I posted 2 months back.. seems everyone wants this skin..

Since then, I've dozens of skin which I've developed and enhanced many of the features..., I don't see guys posting their skins here. Let me start this thread to put the URLs to download the skins. Please put all the downloadable skins in this thread..

Skin looks really great
uno problemo,

If I load the skin in the program, and log on with the new skin as standard skin, my screen stays blank???

If I look at the PLAYER.VIBE file, it is also blank in the file you promoted to download.

Can you help me with this problem?

I just downloaded the rar file, it shows player.vibe as 58769 bytes. looks like you are looking at a different folder.

follow these steps.
1. Download the file VibeAmpPlus_460v3411.rar
2. If you are using WinRar then extract the folder [b2x753exk]"VibeAmpPlus"[/b2x753exk] to your vibestreamer's [b2x753exk]Skin[/b2x753exk] Folder.
3. Open VibeStreamer (the Server Config Application), go to [b2x753exk]"Users and Group"[/b2x753exk] Tab.
4. Double click the User to get the [b2x753exk]Edit User[/b2x753exk] Dialog box, Change the Skin available in the dropdown to [b2x753exk]"VibeAmpPlus"[/b2x753exk] the click OK.
5. Now start the VibeStreamer Server, and go to the browser to test the skin with the user selected in step 4.

I've tried to do what you told me to do, but I,ve still got the same problem.

This one worked.


Also I have a program called "Trellian WebPage PRO" to work with html files, I tried to open the Player.vibe file from your file (VibeAmpPlus_460v3411.rar)
but this one is blank??
If I open this file.

Got a solution???
Because I really like to try this skin.

Ive tried to open the player.vibe file in Notepad and everything is there,
I see a lot of information and code's, but the codes are different than the other code's in the player.vibe file that worked for me.

Strange that ive got a blank screen when i choose your skin,
Ive tested the other skin and that one is still working.

It must work if it works at your server, right?

Do you got another idea???

I can think of only one issue in your setup... Just look at the shared files (The Shared Tab in the VibeStreamer Server config App).
If no files are shared for the user you are trying to test the skin, the skin will definitely be Blank..
Just share few folder for this user.....It should come properly.

Also i noticed that the codes in the player.vibes file are different,
yours is different from the one that i am using....

Maybe thats the problem??

I am able to see your Streamer server displaying VibeAmpPlus Skin and its working fine...

The problem in your system is you need to clear off the browser cache... and it will display properly.

In FireFox -> Tools->Clear Private Data.
IE ->Tools->Options->Content Tab... There must be someting over there to clear off the cache...

I've tried to clear my IE cache's contents,
too bad this doesn't work also )-

Im back at the old skin that i use,
but still im very interested to use your skin,

Don't you have any other skins to try?
or another idea??

Hi Danny,

I thoroughly tested the Skin once again, and found the problem too...
The problem is that the uploaded skin is [urp6np41j]not[/urp6np41j] compatible with the IE, its working perfectly on Firefox which I'm using...
My mistake, I should have done the browser compatibility test before uploading.

Basically its to do with code Obfuscation of Player.vibe, Index.vibe... Without the Obfuscation its works fine on IE...

I will make this compatible in a day or 2, wait for the same...

meantime try to work with Firefox...

i have now creating a userguide wizard to my vibestreamer i wish i gut a searchfunction to it!! like, scrolling in to share.xml file , have any of you guys succes to making it so??? there must be a way to adding a searchfunction to it.

i try a lot of this searchoptions with javascript but only reads html text,not the specified xml file

youd need to do it with somethign like PHP I assume.
