I Need A Skin: Thats It....

please any one here a real champ(not developers, they are just developers ).... i need a dark black shining skin just like windows media player 11. can any one make it for me?



And for developers, please tell me how can i creat an additional frame on top of the window(even top of the player ) please tell me i tried index.vibe but it was all invane////////

I can make it... if is just apperance change.. i have no time for coding now.
Do you have some idea about what apperance you want? or some reference images?
