additional frame

I want to mod an additional small frame across the bottom of the window that I can add personal messages to or links for my friends and family listening to my library.
I'll get started right away on in and try to add it to a skin I've already started with some of these mods.
If anyone can tell me a vibe to start in that would save me a lot of exploring.

I was just going to hardcode it into the vibe but that's a good question maybe as future ideas for the program there could be a place to enter it on the server

yes, although I can't say when the next skin is to be released. but I'm planning to add another frame for such functionality to be easily implemented..
