Playlist sharing - can someone help me?

could someone instruct me in how to get it done? I'm still new to this program, and so far, I really like it a lot. But the code in any of the .vibe files, is not commented to instruct what each element is for, and how it works. So I'm not sure in how to do it myself. I wanted to do it an easy way, and just make it so that if any user makes and saves a playlist, then any other user that logs in will be able to see it in the list of playlists, too.

could anyone help me in getting this done?

Is there ANYONE who can, or who will, help me?
