Vibe Streamer 3.1.0, which finally adds utf-8 support to the web server and the share index is now currently being tested. There have been a lot of improvements and rewrites in the code base. A public beta will first be available soon for download at the forum before the official release.
A side note Many changes had to be done to the server core, so officially version 3.1.0 will require you to uninstall and reinstall Vibe Streamer, but I'll post a migration guide with the official release for those of you that have a lot of users and playlists already and do not wish to lose them.
