Feature Request: Playlist files, at least M3U.

I have all my favs in folders sorted by folders depending on the music style... then i have main M3U8 playlist files (M3U playlist encoded in UTF8) which simply list mp3's using relative paths. Would love to see a feature in Vibe Streamer that would allow me to load those playlists for playback... since M3U files are very simple in their syntax nature as well as that paths are relative, I don't think it would be hard to add this feature to Vibe Streamer

I also have a need for Vibe Streamer to be able to play from an m3u file in a shared folder and have it relay an mp3 stream from my server instead of playing an mp3 file.
