Can Vibe Streamer do this?

My main PC with all of my music and video files is in my office. I have another laptop in my room that is hooked into a TV (so the video and audio plays through the TV and the TV sound system).

When I play music or video on my main PC in my office, I want it to also play on my laptop in my room so they are both playing the same music / video in realtime with their own speaker systems. So my main PC in the office would stream it over to the laptop in my room.

I've seen some devices from D-Link and others that do this but I don't want to buy a dedicated device when I already have a laptop.

The PC and laptop are already connected via a network so they can talk to each other, so no networking needs to be setup. I just need to be able to stream the same content that is playing on my PC in the office over to the laptop in my room in realtime.

Can Vibe Streamer do this or if not, are you aware of another program that can do this?
