It is possible to use NSIS silent install switch, to do a silent installation.
Use the /S flag on the Vibestreamer_Setup_x.x.x.exe
Also as describe on the following page you can specify target directory.
http//unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/41/
!! Use this with caution, since you will miss any important messages. And don't forget to read the License Agreement(s). It should also be located in the docs/ and licenses/ folders.
I have only tried this on an Ubuntu with an active X11-Display. But it should work in any Linux, possibly without DISPLAY set, and probably using Windows also
