VS and Firefox on Mac as client

I'm having an interesting issue. I'm on OS X 10.4.9 using Firefox v.2.0.0.3. I stream at work. Whenever I go to close Vibestreamer, Firefox freezes. I'm using the Web Dev Toolbar and TabMixPlus. Any thoughts? It's quite obnoxious.
