I love this program.
I recall reading in the FAQ that VS was not to be used by Internet Broadcasters for legal repremandation would be inevitable because of severe copyright infringement.
Well, folks I am glad to inform you that it is possible to incorporate a system such as VS to be available to a massive audience. However, the window of opportunity to do so is quite small and myopic; at least being governed by the US Constitution and her laws (also many inferences enter from WIPO). But it is possible.
Specifics are tattered with legal red-tape that would get lost in transltion by just posting it here in the Forum. I am running it now and have legal conference that it is okay to do so. I will keep everyone up to date with info (including details of what happens if I get in any trouble
) as I see it being relevant to the basic idea of digital freedoms and the VS user forum.
