hey everyone, first time here. i've had vibe up and running for a couple days without any significant problems. all port/firewall issues taken care of (the easy part), but now all my clients have been complaining that they are now able to SEE the files, but cannot STREAM. i noticed this when an ip would log on, start to browse for a while, and then just log back off. my internal ip hasn't changed or anything. what's odd is that sometimes when i connect to myself i can stream, but then other times i go to play and nothing happens. also, and maybe i'm crazy. but it seems that whenever i just use the address
http//68.171.29.478081/
instead of
http//dkmusic@68.171.29.478081/
then it loads. crazy?

Deek? Portrait from Oink? I was able to listen to your stuff the other day (aka bozobalbo) I used the first link you gave me....
Tried the second link and I have the problem you outlined, sorry I can't be of much help.
Might it be something to do with your Users setup? There was no password required for the second link, but there is one for the first.

actually, that's a friend of mine. but im deekismusic on oink, yes.
thanks for your help anyways. i don't really see what i can tweak with that would make this problem go away other than just not giving the second address.

Too be fair doe sit really matter. All you do is jsut go to the first and have to type in the password. Hell save it if you want.
