Since installing the newest version of Vibestreamer when I log into it and try to play any file it says "Failed to Load Audio." I've tried on both IE and Firefox and I don't have SSL enabled either. It's very strange. Anyone had this happen?

Something similar like this happened to me when I moved the physical file or renamed the file. What i did was re-indexed all the files and everything was good.
It's not fair, re-indexing automatically, automatic updates and still failed to load audio. Checking the log file shows this line
WARNING [2010-08-26 183755] JsDatabaseConnection - Failed to execute query [database is locked]
So, i guess it's not my W2003 server, not my firewall, because it worked before and nothing happend there. It starts playing and after a few songs it stops...
Gotta know what causes that...

Don't know if this will solve your problem, but I kept getting the message (failed to load audio). Was only able to solve it by deselecting "Browse access only" in the General tab of the Edit Group options.
