Hi. I love your program! 2 thumbs up to you! I am having one problem though. I have a music folder with many folders, about 633 to be exact. the web display will only display 600 folders but not the remaining 33. i've tried reindexing the folder several times. this is what the screen looks like when i descend into my music older

thanks for your support!

Are you positive it's not adding those 33 folders? I have 750 folders in my directory and although it says loading 700/750, it still is loading all 750 folders.

i'm positive. for example, it's missing one of my very first albums. i have three "3 doors down" albums and it is only displaying two of them. i haven't gone down the list b/c it's too many to want to look for.

The screenshot you sent, don't trust that entirely. The JavaScript updating that only updates the status every 100th post so it just displays

100/633
200/633
300/633
400/633
500/633
600/633

etc..

whetever that status text disappears _all_ 633 folders have been loaded and added. I've never actually heard of it ever skipping any folders, re-index your shared directory and try again, try clearing the cache in your browser aswell.

Another thing you can do is to check your 'share.xml' file that is in your vibe streamer installation directoy. Look there for the folder you say is missing, is it in that file?

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem.
I just added a directory, it is present in the share.xml, but impossible to view it on the interface.
I've already re-indexed several times, restart VibeStreamer.
I'm using the V2.06.
Thanks.

Not listed in alphabetical order you say?
A few questions for you then

* What OS are you running?
* Are you shared files on the same computer as the server, or are you doing a network share or a share from an external drive of any kind?
* Do you have any non-american/european characters in your filenames?

We could start there ... ]

* I'm using a Windows XP SP2 French
* Files are on the server
* It'seems not

I thougth deleting the share.xml to recreate it sorted.

Did you run version 2.05 or any earlier version before installing 2.06?

Check "history.txt" in version 2.06 and it's mentioned that you need to remove the share.xml and re-index your shared directories again, that will fix it..
