Download this free tool called Simple Port Forwarding (FREE).

When you open the program you will see the main window and a check list window.

The easier thing is to simply follow the check list.
Click Step 1. to update the router database.
Then click Step 2 which will ask you which router is yours.

If your router is not in the list it can easily be added. Click the "Router
Not Listed?" button for more info in the program.
After you choose your router click on Step 3. This is optional and not needed.
Now click Step 4.

When the add new port to forward window opens choose Vibe Streamer from the special program list.
The program will automatically look for the vibe streamer settings file and pull what port it is using. If it fails just click the "Add Custom" tab at the top to manually tell the program what port it is using.
Once that step is done you will see the vibe streamer entry in the main window of the program.

Now click Step 5 to have the program update your router.

Then once it is all done click Step 6 to have the program add the port to the windows firewall.
Then click Step 7 to test if the port forwarding is working.
