OS (Vista) DPI makes VibeStreamer UI unusable

I am using Windows Vista and since my eyes aren't that good, i choosed to go with 120 DPI instead of 96 DPI in the System Preferences.

The ViewStreamer Window isn't resizable and maxmimize is deactivated,
so i wasn't able to see or reach the Statusbar or the Start / Stop Button.

After trying 96 DPI it worked.

Would be nice if at least the Window would be resizable (one line of code less). If UIComponents or Container don't resize smooth with the Window isn't that bad I think.

This would help in this "special" case.

Hi there!

Yea this is an annoying thing about the server GUI. The reason I haven't worked much on the details with the server GUI code since it's not a very portable solution to write a GUI using Win32 API only, so if I were to do it "correctly" I'd use another, more portable, API for it.. that's the background story.

Anyways, I know that this is important and there are a few others that have had the same problem and I haven't forgot about it, I'll have something ready for an upcoming release.

Thanks for the feedback.
