Window Opens Too Small

Whew! I've been waiting for days to get that one off my chest.

Whenever I open Vibe Streamer the window is always too small. There are buttons and text boxes I'm unable to see because they're outside the range of the window. In case it isn't the same for everyone else I can't resize or maximize the window.

I haven't been able to get Vibe Streamer working because of this. Please fix soon!

Hmm, I would guess this has to do with that you're using none-standard sizes in windows.

Could you please specify what version of Windows you are running and do you also know if you've customized any of the font/button/window sizes in windows?

Also, it would be much easier if you could maybe upload a screenshot of how it looks?

I'm having small plans to re-do the whole GUI sometime in the future, and when I do that I will make it more prepared for customizations like this, cause at the moment I'm not sure if there's a quick-fix for it.

But well, before I jump to any conclusions, answer my questions and try to upload a screenshot somewhere for me to look at.

I finally figured out that I can add users and groups by right-clicking the list boxes (duh), but this is still unfavorable behaviour. Here's a picture of the window. I sized down as much as I could but you can see things are still cut off. It doesn't look the banner is cut off so could the window be conforming to the picture?

I'm using Windows XP-SP2 with standard Windows XP theme with a Silver style. I tried a few of the other standard themes and the window remains the same size.

Yeah, this is definately because you're not using the standard font sizes in windows and at the moment the Vibe Streamer interface isn't prepared for such occations. I've added it to my to-do list and when I decide to give the GUI a total makeover I'll make sure to be prepared for it.

Well, again, that's the "sized down" version. If I use larger fonts I see even less of the window contents. It also appears that the fonts used inside the window are unchangable.

I was kind of wondering why the app didnt support full screen or resizing.

I have heard it takes some extra time to make the content "flow" if you resize the window... but it should be implemented...

Yes I agree - my problem is that I would like to be able to see the tracks users are browsing, but the directory structure is too long and track names end up past the right edge every time. Not too useful - alternately can that text be accessible? so I can at least copy/paste it elsewhere or parse it?

Otherwise FANTASTIC!!! program.

Cheers,
