Sounds like you are sitting behind a NAT.
You will need to open port 8081 on your router and point it to your machine.

I don't know what router you have (personally I use SmoothWall) so this link will probably cover your device.

I think I need a good quality of PFConfig to solve this problem.

Why would you even have to use PFConfig?
If your router is listed on that website, then you'll have step-by-step instructions on how to forward ports, hence making PFConfig unnecessary. Besides, it will not work on custom routers such as SmoothWall and M0n0wall (to my knowledge anyways).
