once i have installed the VB software, can the person that wants to watch my content simply go to my website and and stream? no need to download any software?

also, does VB have an option to stream videos off my computer to my web server?

That's correct. This software operates as a web based utility. Basically it runs its own little web server more or less, so anything the client (remote user) will need is handled by Vibe Streamer. The only requirement on the client side (to my knowledge) is a fairly recent version of Adobe Flash, but that's pretty standard these days.

As far as videos are concerned, search through the forums a bit. I have read about a few people making that part work. I'm sure that once Siit has the new Vibe Streamer done, there may be more focus and work towards that, but not sure what the overall plan is for video yet.
