Is there a way for me to download the files ontp my pc aswell as listening?
Since Vibe Streamer is not a file sharing application you cannot download the songs by default. Although it's possible to make changes yourself to the standard skin to accomplish such functionality, with a little knowledge of HTML/JS.

is there a skin already done for this that i can download as i have no knowledge of using HTML/JS
None official exists, but post in the "skinning/modifications" forum and ask nicely and maybe someone will help you out with a nice little fix/modification?
