From the same computer and Browser only one user works fine

I'm accessing your webserver in which I created a user account. This user account works fine from within my local network or from anywhere on the Internet.
I created 2 more accounts for my friends but even though they can both login, they cannot access any folder. They see the player but all the other boxes empty.
I tried to use their account on my computer, where my account works fine, and I get the same result as them. This has to be something account-related, but what?
I've placed their account data exactly like mine and restarted the server but I still get the same result...

Any suggestions?

Did you give them permission to the shared folder?

Click on the Sharing tab in the Vibe Streamer GUI, double click on the shared folder and make sure their user has been permitted to access the share. A check mark should be in the box.
