Odd problem regarding other people accessing server

I've been playing around with this program and have it working in wine under linux, and people can access my server and log in and stuff but nothing shows up! sometimes people said that they get a lot of code that shows up but nothing loads. they can sign in however.

anyone know what the problem could be?

1) - Sharing Tab
2) - Right Click On Whatever Your Directory Name Is
(Example) Z\Streaming
3) - Edit
4) - Select Persons Names - Check Boxes (Permitted Names)
5) - Click OK
