No folders showing up for some users

They are able to logon, and display the player without folders, but they get an Explorer error message like it cannot access right.html, left.html or vibe.play....we tried refreshing, but the same error message...ideas?

tell them to try doing a "refresh" on the whole window a few time after they've logged on.. most times its a cache issue with the clients browser..

Thanks, Siit We will try that a few times...any adjustment that can be made within the browser preferences to help facilitate this? And thanks again for a great program!

heyas,.. try playing around with the cache settings, but I haven't seen it making a difference.. it seems to differ depending on what browser you're using..

Still getting the error"cannot access right.html, left.html & vibe.play" after numerous refreshes.
This is one of only two clients who haven't been able to access it, so it's something going on with both browsers, tho they're using the same one as me, IE7, and I and others are accessing fine...anyone with other ideas? Thanks to all for your help!

It seems Firefox works well, so I'd recommend it for anyone having any issues...thanks to all once again!
