could not bind, but different port

Here's whats going on.

I first set up vibe to stream over the default port (8081) but then i realized that if i set it up to stream over port 80, it would be a lot easier to remember (maybe not for you, but for me).

After I did that, it worked for a good week and a half, but then one day when I started the server, it came up with the "could not bind" error.

NOTHING HAD CHANGED, but it suddenly would not work. Does anyone know whats going on? Could this be a problem with my ISP (roadrunner)?

My first guess is that port 80 is taken by another application.. try running "netstat" from the command prompt to see if it's already in use..

port 80 is not in use... i checked that first.
