Stream Personal Music From A PC to another

HI,

I am new to this streaming music business.I wish I can stream my music from a computer to another.Currently,I had Vibe streamer installed on both PC.I have Windows XP on the computer holds my personal music collection whereas I hope it can be played onto my Windows 7 PC.

I read it somewhere it can be done right?In fact, I can stream from one PC and can hear my collection from another place on another PC providing my PC that acts as a server is on,right?

Can anyone here help me,provide some tutoring for this matter?I wish to learn on how to make my XP as a server to play my music on my windows 7 PC.

I highly appreciate your help,since I am the first to use this,I wish i can later promote the software to my other friends.
